Request for Quote (RFQ)

Typically, our goal is to provide a quotation to you within 2 weeks after receipt of a complete quotation package. If required, this period is a subject to revision in accordance with your business needs and a suitable quote due date. In order to provide an accurate, reliable and a timely quote, it is essential to provide us with the following information:

Essential Information for RFQ
• Bill of materials (BOM) to detail manufacturer part numbers, quantity used, alternatives etc. (Excel preferred)
• Approved Vendor List
• PCB Gerber data
• Assembly drawings
• Wire harnesses technical documentation (schematics and drawings)
• Mechanical parts documentation -detailed component drawings (DFX format preferred)
• Testing requirements (ICT, functional testing, environmental etc.) – please define if the tester will be entrusted or needs to be build
• Bill of Testing (BOT) – Testing specifications
• Additional information regarding assembly

• Production release dates
• Annual quantities
• Quote due date
• Batch size/Order size
• Customer contact (contact number, e-mail, title)

The following information is not required to complete a quote, but always helpful:
• Product sample/kit, eventually digital photos
• Customer description (size, industry, product application)
• Target price
• Shipping requirements
• CAD data
