Assel’s goal is to continuously improve its position as a medium size complete contract manufacturer on the European market. Our strategic objective is being an alternative manufacturing destination for distant Asian locations, where growing costs, cultural clash and weak customer satisfaction are becoming an increasing concern. As a Poland based contractor, Assel is able to offer their partners a much closer proximity than can substantially decrease travel costs, shorten time-to-market and eliminate cultural differences. In addition, our location enables us to utilize the lower labour cost in Poland, while offering competencies and employing workforce with engineering skills equivalent to those in Western Europe.
